Welcome to my blog! A little bit about me, in many ways I’m the typical New York liberal that Republicans are fond of warning people who live in the fly-over and southern states about. I am a passionate member of the Democratic Party and have been most of my life since I first volunteered to work on behalf of George McGovern in 1972. I dislike the term “progressive” and refuse to identify myself as one, just because the repugs like to toss around the word liberal as if it’s something to be feared doesn’t mean we of the left have to give into that lie and refer to ourselves as “progressives”.
I am also the proud owner of Tucker and Ralphie, two of the best dogs a man could hope to share his home with.
